Abstract

Nursing students are increasingly favoring educational approaches that concurrently cater to their academic, work, and personal lives, with online education emerging as a substantial solution. The prevalence of online course enrollment has notably surpassed that of traditional courses in U.S. higher education. This chapter explores the intricacies of online education, underscoring both the similarities and differences in assessment and evaluation principles found in online and traditional classroom settings.
