Having Trouble Logging In With Automated Password From Desk Copy Request?
If you had a Connect account prior to receiving your online access email with an automated password, you MUST use your current Connect password and not the one listed in the email.

Where Can I Find A Title I Have Access To?
After logging into your Springer Connect account, go to the top right corner to "My account" and then "My content". Click the title to view the contents.
Where Can I Find Instructor Resources?
After logging into your Springer Connect account, go to the top right corner to "My account" and then "My content". Click the title. Instructor Resources can be found by clicking “Show supplementary”.
How Do I Reset or Change My Password?

Receiving Does Not Have Full Access Message?
If you see the "Does Not Have Full Access" message, the site thinks you are not logged into your account.
Go to the top right corner to “My account” and my content. If it says you are logged in already, you may need to log out and log back in.
If that does not work, you will need to clear your cache/cookies and then log back into your Springer Connect account.
